As American Jews, we will not stand idly by after the election of Donald Trump.
The Republican Jewish Coalition endorsed Donald Trump, despite his receiving support from the KKK, Holocaust-deniers, neo-Nazis, and other anti-semitic and white-supremacist groups. Anti-semitic messages were constant throughout his campaign and Trump just chose Stephen Bannon, an anti-semite, as his Chief of Strategy.
With the election of Donald Trump, the lives of Jews, Muslims, immigrants, women, LGBTQ communities and people of color across the United States are threatened by the vitriolic messages and actions of these hate groups and the language and policies of the incoming Trump Administration.

10. Prosecute Trump for illegal offenses before the Dec. 19 Electoral College Vote
We respectfully call upon the appropriate Federal Authorities to thoroughly investigate the many possible illegal offenses of Donald Trump, the Trump Corporations, and the Trump Foundation before the members of the Electoral College meet to cast their final vote on Dec. 19.
The Electoral College was created by the framers of the constitution to protect against corrupt demagogues; the Electors should be given the full opportunity to vote their conscience if it is formally determined that Trump has broken the law. 13. Tell Donald Trump to release his tax returns!
Every U.S. Presidential candidate since Richard Nixon has voluntarily released copies of their tax returns to the public so that voters can assess the amount and sources of income, taxes paid, charitable contributions and other data which can affect our propensity to elect them. Donald Trump has refused to do so, claiming this might affect audits of his returns currently underway. This claim, on its face, is absurd, since he would simply be releasing information the IRS already has. No new information would be disclosed.
We should insist that Mr Trump adhere to the same custom as past Presidential candidates, and encourage the FEC to make tax return disclosure a requirement in future elections.
